To use 3sbd1's services, the following conditions must be met. These form part of the mandatory requirements set by our licensing authority.

• You must be at least 18 years of age and be able to provide valid proof of age documentation.
• You must have a valid mobile number or email address registered in your own name.
• Online betting must not be prohibited by law in the country or region from which you are accessing 3sbd1.
• You are of sound mind and fully capable of making your own decisions.
• You are not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program on 3sbd1.
• You are not affiliated with any professional sports organization that would give you access to insider information.

The following rules must be followed when creating and managing an account at 3sbd1.

• Only one account may be opened per person, per household, or per device.

All forms of betting on 3sbd1 — Sports Betting, casino, and live games — are subject to the general rules below.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the cash-out option is used.
• If a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed, 3sbd1 reserves the right to void the affected bet, and the stake will be refunded.
• If a match or event is abandoned or not completed within the scheduled time, bets will be settled in accordance with 3sbd1's rules.
• For live betting, once you confirm your decision, your bet will be placed at the odds displayed on the bet slip at that moment, even if the odds have since changed.
• 3sbd1 sets the maximum bet amount for any game or event — and this limit is subject to change at any time.
• Any evidence of match-fixing or the use of insider information will result in the cancellation of the relevant bets and suspension of the account.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — depositing from someone else's account is not permitted.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw to bKash.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals — you will need to submit a photo of your National ID or passport.
• If a suspicious transaction is identified, 3sbd1 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until the investigation is complete.
• If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, 3sbd1 will deduct the relevant amount from your withdrawable balance and place your account under review.
• A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period — a separate notice will be sent in such cases.

• To withdraw a bonus, you must complete the required rollover (wagering) — typically 3 to 10 times the bonus amount.
• Activating a new bonus while another is still active may result in the previous bonus being cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is detected — including bonus hunting or arbitrage betting — 3sbd1 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 3sbd1 may separately set a maximum bet limit applicable to bonus balance.
• Promotional offers may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice — however, this will not affect any bonuses already in progress.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or device will result in all bonuses being voided.

3sbd1 believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship. That is why we have put the following safeguards in place.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from the Settings menu.
• Once a betting limit is set, you will not be able to place bets beyond that limit during the specified period.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, you will not be able to log in to your account for the designated period (from 30 days up to permanent).
• Limit reductions take effect immediately, but increasing a limit requires a mandatory 24-hour waiting period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3sbd1. Violating these rules may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

• Using funds derived from money laundering or any illegal source on 3sbd1.
• Using insider or non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in Betting.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to 3sbd1's systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.

3sbd1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under specific circumstances.

• Violation of any clause in these terms may result in account closure without prior notice.
• If an account is closed, any valid withdrawable balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.
• Users may close their account at any time by contacting support.

• While an investigation is ongoing, your account may be temporarily suspended — withdrawals will not be available during this period.
